I can't drag stuff in my inventory on Minecraft anymore...?

I was on Minecraft a few minutes ago and my mouse or something is messed up but whenever I try to drag something into my Crafting Grid it just goes back and forth from my hand spaces to the first open space in my inventory. ): Is this an update that sucks or is it because I recently installed INVedit or what? *I already tried saving and re-entering and I even created a new world and tried it there.
