Modding Modern Warfare 2 using modio and transfer cable?

Im trying to mod my mw2 using a transfer cable and when i drag my gamesave it says" cannot check file,allow anyway" at the bottom but i get this long message saying "Modio could not open that file, accesst to the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\41560817 is denied
